Bellator Engineers manufactures a comprehensive range of Air Seal Damper Valves in sizes up to 7000 mm in round shape and up to 12000 mm in Rectangular Shape and Pressure rating up to 10197 mmWC. 100% sealing efficiency is achieved by injecting the pressurized seal air in the gap maintained between the Flaps. The seal air can be preheated to remove the moisture from air. Our Air Seal Damper valves are designed for Various nature of Flowing media like Corrosive, Abrasive, hazardous etc. Having temperature from -25 Deg.C to 825Deg.C. Our Air Seal Damper Valves are designed in accordance with key international standards. They also meet major power / Oil & Gas industry standards and customer specifications & can be offered with the Anti-blowout, Anti-static and Explosion proof/Spark proof, Air Seal, Seismic Qualified Design based on the application requirement. Our Selection Criteria of actuators for automation is mainly based on the Torque values derived from the dynamic conditions of process parameters to ensure the genuine selection and flawless operation of damper valves.
