Bellator Engineers manufactures a comprehensive range of Refractory Lined Damper Valves (RLDV) in sizes from 150 mm to 4000 mm in Round and Square/Rectangular Shape and Pressure rating up to PN 1.Refractories are placed inside the body of the Damper Valves and they are designed in different Layers of materials having different heat transfer coefficient such that the temperature on outer surface of the body shall not be more than 70 to 90 Deg.C. Different Sealing materials for 98% & 100% leak tightness are offered as per application requirement. Our Refractory Lined Damper valves are designed for Isolation / Control of Various nature of Flowing media like hot Flue Gases, Hot Air, Blast furnace gases etc. Having Design temperature from 850 Deg. C to 1250 Deg. C. Refractory lined Damper Valves are the best and most economical solution for high temperature applications. Our Damper Valves can be offered with the Anti-blowout, Air Seal, external Cooling, Seismic Qualified Design based on the application requirement. Our Selection Criteria of actuators for automation is mainly based on the Torque values derived from the dynamic conditions of process parameters to ensure the genuine selection and flawless operation of damper valves.
