Bellator Engineers manufactures a comprehensive range of Diverter Damper Valves (DDV) in sizes from 150mm to 3000 mm in round shape and Square/ Rectangular Shape and Pressure rating up to PN 1. Different Sealing materials for 99.95% leak tightness are offered as per application requirement. As the name suggests it has one inlet and two outlets with one or two flaps. Flow is coming from inlet and getting diverted to Outlet 1 or Outlet 2 as per the application requirement. Our Diverter Damper valves are designed for control and Isolation of Various nature of Flowing media like Flue Gases, Dusty, Corrosive, hazardous etc. Having Design temperature from -25 Deg. C to 825 Deg. C. Our Diverter Damper Valves are designed in accordance with key international standards. They also meet major power / Oil & Gas industry standards and customer specifications & can be offered with the Anti-blowout, Explosion proof/ Spark proof, Seismic Qualified Design based on the application requirement. Our Selection Criteria of actuators for automation is mainly based on the Torque values derived from the dynamic conditions of process parameters to ensure the genuine selection and flawless operation of damper valves.
